My overall experience was really good. The flowers were gorgeous! I just wish they had delivered the flowers earlier in the day, rather than at the end of the day.
I didn't like that it showed me $43 as the price and said "you'll save 11 dollars!" then bumped the price back up in the cart. I thought I would save $11 on the displayed price. It's a bit of dark UX. Puts a bad taste in my mouth. Just display your prices honestly. You should also make it clear that there will be a $15 service and handling fee on top of the delivery fee before cart check out.

Easy East easy and at a great price. These flowers were for my Grandmother's 101st birthday. She loved them. They were delivered on time as promised.
Although what I originally wanted to send to the recipient in 2 days wasnt available, I was able to easily see what flowers were available and the selection was extensive. Happy customer!
The flowers I ordered are not what was delivered but I also understand that substitutes sometimes have to be made. I was hoping for what was pictured thought. But, the person who received the flowers very much loved them which was most important

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
