I paid to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon and they were delivered around 1:23pm. Why did I pay extra for that service. I would not recommend this site. I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT MY FLOWERS GOT THERE AFTER THE PRESCRIBED TIME. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. THIS SITE WOULD NOT LET ME RATE LESS THAN 5 STARS. GO TO ANOTHER SITE. DO NOT USE!
Flowers received were not fresh they where already turning brown. This order not good, wife not happy at all with them...

The flowers were beautiful, but since it was deluxe, I thought it would be a larger bouquet.
It's great that you offer coupons for free shipping and discounts. However, I am disappointed with the size of the bouquet. There's only 8 or 9 flowers in the bouquet. Since I paid $30 for it, I would think the bouquet would be a bit fuller.

Was surprised about the "hidden" high delivery and handling fee, but then received a big discount with that being free, when I postponed my order after getting an email about free delivery. It was a nice florist choice arrangement, very reasonably priced when the hidden fees were waived.
Great Service, beautiful flowers
I was a little disappointed that the flowers were not in the vase style as shown. I was hoping for a more Asian look to the arrangement. It's been very warm here in southern Cal so the flowers did not look as fresh as I'd hoped. Also, since it was my second order I thought I was getting ten dollars off the sale price but I didn't. It took off ten off the regular price (even though it advertised the 15% off price) so I didn't really get the bargain I expected. It was actually my third order from your site because I also ordered a funeral spray and another arrangement for another date. Oh, regarding that order, there was no place to comment about times of the delivery other than before 12. The services for the other floral items I ordered are for a 10:30 a.m. service but I couldn't tell you that anywhere online so I ordered it for the day before delivery to make sure it got there in time.
Love the selections, prices and east of ordering. So far so good. When to flowers are delivered I know for sure
I assume the flowers will be fine, I chose florist choice so I have no idea. I am still confused as to where the 5.99 charge came from and that should be addressed on the web site. I did call and I am being credited and will watch for the credit.

Very dissatisfied with the fact I was not notified until late in the day the order was not going to be delivered on time.
I received a delivery confirmation on 9/28, but it wasn't delivered until 9/29. The flowers don't look fresh, from a pictures sent by my sister soon after delivery on 9/29!
Very overpriced but at least it gets the job done. Not sure I'll come back here again though if a package of $30 candy costs $60 to ship. I also paid to have it delivered before 12:00 pm and it arrived late. Doubt I'll shop here again.
Haven't seen the flowers. They were a gift.
