Order was placed at 1pm and not delivered on time (had a window of 3 hours and still didn't get to its destination) This was a birthday gift and because of this it ruined the surprise and ruined what could have been a memorable day for someone special.

The floral arrangement was lovely however I was disappointed in the gourmet products. The cost of the basket should have been a reflection of the total products and it was not. It was not what I expected.
I appreciated the service and the prompt delivery especially for a Sunday order, but again I expected more for the 135.00 cost.

The item was not anything like the picture of the item that I ordered. The flowers were suppose to be mostly or all in red and the vase was suppose to be red. And neither were. I will be calling customer service to get a refund.
This site was very quick and easy. It is a little expensive once you add on the delivery charge but it was nice and easy to send a gift to a loved one.

My order was sent A WEEK EARLY! I made up an excuse that I wanted to be the first to wish him a happy birthday, but the order was supposed to be delivered today, not last Tuesday! I just checked the order and it DOES say September 29th!

I paid to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon and they were delivered around 1:23pm. Why did I pay extra for that service. I would not recommend this site. I WAS NOT HAPPY THAT MY FLOWERS GOT THERE AFTER THE PRESCRIBED TIME. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. THIS SITE WOULD NOT LET ME RATE LESS THAN 5 STARS. GO TO ANOTHER SITE. DO NOT USE!
Flowers received were not fresh they where already turning brown. This order not good, wife not happy at all with them...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
