I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. I currently live over seas and was not able to be there for her. I ordered the medium sized package of roses and she sent me a picture of them. They were very small and the coverage was very small. Not at all what was depicted in the picture. I specifically did not pay for the cheapest for that reason. Although she thought they were cute... I did not approve that they were small and cheap looking. There was about 5 roses and small green buds everywhere. NOT what I had ordered... Many people had ordered from this site and had recommended to me but I don't think I will order again. My mother is now sitting at home with small vase of flowers that looks like I paid 10 dollars for. Additionally they were delivered at almost 4 o'clock on her birthday. I hope someone can get back to me and help me resolve such an issue or offer some kind of comfort that it will not happen again. Flowers are a big statement and they can either say "I'm cheap and this is all I can afford" or "these are beautiful and I thought of you when I saw them". Unfortunately things didn't work in my favor
I never did actually see the flowers I ordered as they were for a friend that was in another state at the time. However, judging from the flurry of "thank you so much"s and "they are so beautiful"s I received, I must assume that they were just as nice as the picture on the site was. They were delivered quickly and seem to have been high quality, the combination of which made me the hero of the hour. I'm definitely satisfied with the product and service I received on this site.

I ordered and paid $69.99 for a fresh fruit and candy basket. The size delivered was so small. It was no way close to the picture displayed. I understand it was not going to be exact but it was a total waste of my money. You should be ashamed to mislead in size for the price I paid.
