Overall experience was good, although the bouquet delivered was not nearly as big as I thought it would be based on the price / description on the website.
The first time I ordered from this website; the flowers I chose for my mother's birthday were delivered on the wrong day and were wilted. A year and a half passed and I decided to give them another try. The bouquet was delivered on time but what was delivered was very different than what was received. I chose a bright white and yellow bouquet and they delivered red and green! Not okay. If the flowers and colors you chose are not available, they should have the florist contact you with different options instead of throwing anything together. I'm being offered a $15 gift certificate. Like I will ever use this website again. Not pleased.

Originally placed my order at 10 o'clock in the morning and pay for the expedited shipping. By 2 o'clock the flowers still have not arrived, 4 o'clock and the flowers were still not there spoke with customer service and had to have the flowers return to the florist and sent back in the morning very disappointed with the service I was provided

The ballons were as expected but the extra 20 for the bear was a waste. My daughter is 17 and the bear was pink as if it were supposed to be with a baby shower arrangement.

Since I am in PA and the flowers were delivered to VA, I don't know how the quality of the flower arrangement was. I do know that the delivery driver called me to tell me he delivered them by the front door, which I'm not so sure was a good idea since it was a church that the funeral was being held at. I would have felt better if he told me that they were accepted by someone at the church. Hopefully they were in good condition and got to the correct person.

The convenience of the on line ordering was good. I paid 4.99 for expedited service, my understanding was delivery before 12:00 noon. My confirmation email said delivery was after 3 pm. His is very disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
