What I received looks nothing like what I ordered. There are supposed to be
Light Orange Roses
Orange Spray Roses
Hot Pink Carnations

Instead I go a punch of accompanied hot pink carnations and one (1) rose. This is completely unacceptable and I ask for a refund or a new delivery of flowers that meet the description of what I ordered.
Easy to order...delivered on time. Flowers were beautiful. Shipping seemed a little high. Shipping was half the price of the flowers.
I got online to order flowers at 8:00 a.m., and they were delivered to my daughter by around noon. She sent a picture and they were beautiful! Very efficient site, they even called to verify that my daughter was a member of the school staff and not a student before they tried to deliver. I appreciate the follow up and their friendly manner. I would definitely use them again!

I had no problems when placing my order online but I paid the extra money for the expedited delivery which the lady I contacted at fromyouflowers told me meant the flowers would be delivered by noon and they were not delivered until almost 1. Since I did just place my order that morning I was OK with the flowers being a little late but what wasn't OK was the fact that I ordered the "from the heart" flowers which are red roses with blue and purple smaller flowers and my wife received a bouquet of flowers with one red rose and orange flowers with a completely different vase than the one i chose. It looked nothing like what I pick and what I paid for online.
I LOVE THIS SITE. I order ALL my flowers from here now :)
