So far everything has been easy and reasonably priced. I started with a different florist in South Hadley with the same basic bouquet and with all the extra fees the bill was over $85 dollars. I didn't submit the order.

I will say this, I have ordered from your site before with mixed results. Mainly I paid for a "deluxe" arrangement and what showed up for my wife was anything but. Having said that, I gave you guys a 2nd shot at it and with much better results. My wife was extremely happy and the arrangement looks almost exact to the picture of "deluxe" on your site. Will come back again.

I know that you are a tad bit cheaper than 1800flowers (whom I used to regularly use), but I still believe your prices are a little high. I would definitely use your service more often if I could have flowers delivered for $40 or less rather than nearly $60. That being said, I would like to make a suggestion: First of all, 1800flowers has a carnation arrangement that looks like a dog or bear. It is absolutely adorable, but VERY expensive. If you guys could get creative with your flower arrangments to make them look like animal characters for an affordable price, I know I would send many more flowers for many different occasions. Also, could you offer something other than a brown teddy bear to add to the order? Maybe a rabbit, a giraffe, a stuffed kitten, etc?

Received response item was delivered long before it actually was. Emailed fromyouflowers about 1 to 1.5 hours after email received. They said give 1 hour to process but never heard from them. Once it was finally received in Kentucky, it was very nice.
