Other than the vase not being the same vase as the picture. I chose that arrangement because of the vase but overall everything was perfect
I purchased "Fall Harvest Celebration" and paid extra $16 to upgrade them to Premium. A total $65.91.
Included extra $3 for same day delivery. I got an email stating that the bouquet had been delivered. We went crazy asking different staff at the hospital looking for the flowers. In fact, the company knew they hadn't delivered the flowers. When I called them the next day they said: "Yeah, our van had an 'accident.'" Finally, when they delivered the bouquet, they were entirely the wrong flowers and not the Premium bouquet either. Also, because they had been prepared the day before and failed in delivery, the lowers were withered. I basically paid $65.91 for rubbish. And wasted about 50 min. On the phone being put on hold indefinitely.
Please don't throw your hard-earned money to this dishonest company.

For the life of me I cannot even fathom why your flower shop would call ahead before delivering the flowers, completely ruining the surprise. Then to add insult to injury even though i had paid for the expedited service It didnt arrive until 1pm and after i had contacted your customer service. As this is my first time using your service i will say it makes you seem like ametures. I will likely be going back to your competitors, as my gut told me to do in the first place. Thanks for ruining my aniversary. That was awesome of you.

Ps. I did speak to a customer service representative. She was pleasant and professional. Maybe she should be running things there. At the very least, the flowers when the did arrive were correct and pretty.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
