The product review and ordering process was very smooth. The delivery (same day) was handled promptly and professionally. The product was slightly different than the photo (accent color flowers were missing), which is my only complaint. Otherwise, I was satisfied with 'fromyouflowers' experience and product.
I have not ordered flowers delivered before but it did surprise my sister-in-law. She said she was very pleased and sent me a photo. The blooms are closed and will take a few days to come out. She said the flowers are fresh. I really hope the blooms actually open. It is definitely not what the photo on the website looks like but I hope that it will open up and be more vibrant. She thought the card attached was also very pretty. When you live thousands of miles away, you hope that what you send would be something you'd pick out in person. I think it is - but maybe I'd choose flowers that were more open and maybe a few more. It would be nice if the arrangement stated the number of each flower that would be in the bouquet... then you would know how big it would be.

I sent this flower order to my 85 year old Aunt for her Birthday. I have not seen the flowers, but she called me when she received the flowers and said they were very beautiful. I hope they were and I am taking her at her word. So if my Aunt is Happy then I am also! I will use this company again in the future.

The flowers were beautiful. They didn't get there until late in the afternoon. I wish they had arrived around lunch, but other than that I was very pleased!
The dozen roses was very small - flowers didn't look very fresh - I'm a little disappointed! Would be happy to receive a 50% discount for these issues

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
