I had placed an order at 2:23 p.m. and in print, the site stated it would be in a residential area by 6 p.m. The flowers did not arrive until 7:30 p.m. and looked nothing like the deluxe arrangements I had paid for (more like the smaller version) Although I appreciate the delivery man calling me to let me know the flowers will be late due to weather, traffic, etc. It seemed like it was a lot of excuses as he stated it was impossible to have it delivered by 6pm because the order was placed at 2pm. Please let the shops you place the order thru know what your policy & service states so they are aware as well and can abide by it to avoid any issues.

Should list the handling/delivery fees upfront - if they are going to be included extra at the end. However - with a little looking - there are discounts and promo codes.
These flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. They were the same kind of flowers but the arrangement looked much duller, and just sad compared to the picture online. I was pretty disappointed in the overall appearance.
The sympathy flowers were absolutely beautiful. I happened to be at the family's house when they were delivered. The flowers exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with the service provided by fromyouflowers.
I PAID FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY AND THEY WERE NOT RECEIVED BY NOON AS PROMISED. THE BOUQUET WAS PURCHASED FOR A DEAR FRIEND AND SHE POSTED PICTURES, IT WAS VERY LACK LUSTURE AND NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED PHOTO. THE SUNFLOWERS DIDNT EVEN HAVE BROWN CENTERS. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN TO DELIVER FLOWERS TO FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Why does the handling fee get added on at the end? It's always a surprise when you think youre ordering a plant for 31.95 and then it turns out to be a $50.00 order.
