Not satisfied with the contents. I could have done a better job by going to walmart at a much less amount.
Unique selection! I was willing to spend a little extra to get the unique Starry Night vase that you carried. No other sites I looked at had that available. I was a little disappointed with delivery, however. I've never been a huge fan of flower services that send the flowers in a box for the recipient to put together. If I'm paying $70+ for a flower arrangement, I expect for it to arrive fully assembled. I didn't see it listed on the website that the flowers were delivered that way. I would have thought twice about ordering if I had realized the method of delivery.

This was decent service.
I do thoroughly understand the fees that go into pricing and such. I previously expressed concern that they should be made clearer up front, but I have no problem paying them. I appreciate the company's due diligence in responding to my concern to explain it to me. I only placed my order a few hours ago, so the delivery hasn't happened yet, but if the delivery time is anything like the customer support, I feel comfortable about that.
Easy Process
It is very easy to order flowers through fromyouflowers.com. They seem to always have some type of discount coupon to apply, which helps. Delivery is within the specified time and the products are great. It is the first place I shop when I need to send flowers/plants.
I was disappointed on how late the delivery was. The fact that it was to a business and delivered after 330pm, the person intended had left. In my opinion it should have been much earlier regardless of the extra charges. I send flowers pretty often an i may seek a local biz. Instead of the internet..
Great customer service
I ordered the lavendar tea cup one with the butterfly on it. When the florist delivered it the boquet wasnt even a teacup on a plate it was a metal purple pale and i paid more for that one than i did my second order which was a green teacup on a tea plate and also got a a metal lime green pale and i paid 10.00 less and they were the same exact boquet type except for the color of the pale and the bows. This wasn't what i paid for. I've used you guys before in the past and loved the arrangements. So this is a first. But i still feel this unexceptable. Flowers aren't cheap to buy as is so i was really looking forward to seeing what i ordered.
