This was my first time ordering from this website. I was truly disappointed with my order. The flower arrangements was horrible nothing like the picture. I was so upset and disappointed. I had also paid extra for the flowers to be delivered to my sister for her birthday before 12pm and the flowers didn't arrive until 230 in which I had to ruin the surprise because I had to let my sister know that she was expecting flowers and not to leave her residence.

I ordered the happy birthday specifically because the vase said it all. The vase was substituted with a happy birthday ribbon and a regular basket. I didn't like that.

I ordered flowers for the first time to be delivered. I am very very nervous about orderign delivery online for anything especially something that needs to be there between a certain time frame. They had to be at the location between 8am and 2pm but there was no where on the site to specify a time range so i was forced to get the "expedited service" as to get the flowers before 12pm. Because it was for my best friends birthday and shes been having a rough time lately i splurged to get the balloon and box of chocolates.

As i sat at work all morning waiting for the thank you message it crept closer and closer to 12pm. It came and went and still no delivery. So much for "expedited service" right? Once she finally got the delivery, it wasn't the right set of flowers. NO box of chocolates and NO balloon. AND i later found out that the woman didn't even make sure that the person was there! She said the recipients name, placed it on the counter and walked away!
The only good part was the gentleman on the phone was very nice and i did get 75% of my money back.

I sent in an e-mail yesterday afternoon regarding the dissatisfaction with my order. My sister in law sent me a picture of the flowers I sent her, and I have to say I am quite disappointed in them. For $50 I expected something with more flowers than what showed up. I attached a picture in the email to the company of what they looked like, and have yet to hear back from them. I know they have no control over what the bouquet looks like because they send the order to a local florist, but maybe they should re-think who they are using. I am very upset that flower arrangement is what I paid for.
