Thank you for getting these delivered, you were the only company that would get them there on the date that I needed.
I haven't seen the flowers yet (they were a gift), but I spoke to the florist when she called to get the recipient's phone number. She was very friendly and told me she didn't have the hot pink roses advertised in the website photo, but would substitute them for white roses with pink edges. Not my first choice, but my friend called the day that they were delivered and said they were beautiful, so all is well.
