I didn't know the vase would be half the size. Maybe I missed it when I placed the order. The flowers were lovely but the short vase took away from the presentation. Also I thought I had read that the flowers would arrive by noon. They were delivered around 5:30 pm and they left them in front of the door. I wanted my wife to be presented with the flowers. They didn't wait for her to open the door. I didn't like the note on the flowers. I like when is separate and in an envelope. I almost missed it
Ordered an easy arrangement in the morning for same day delivery. They called me after 4pm (too late to get someone else) and said they couldn't make it. They failed.

I belive that you need to keep your word about same day delivery.You handled my order a day late.
