I would like the $5 credit back as the flowers were not delivered in the morning as I paid for, they were delivered after 12pm. Please credit that back as soon as possible, I will not pay $5 for a service I did not receive. Thank you.

The flowers where a little more than I could just buy in the store but you not only made the arrangement, had it in a vase but you delivered them within 5 hours from ordering on the same day!
Overall great experience. Flowers arrived earlier than I would have expected. Thought it would have arrived towards the end of the day but glad it arrived earlier!
