I was expectin the forist deluxe to be a bit bigger than it was really glad i didnt go with the 19.99 but wish i would have picked a bigger package for the dollars spent

Quick and easy. No headaches.
First the page advertised arrangements for $19.99 and free same delivery. Now I didn't want a $19.99 arrangement but it was a good thing because there wasn't one. Then they charged me a $2.99 delivery fee at checkout plus a $14.99 service/handling fee. The worst part was when the flowers arrived they looked NOTHING like the picture and were hideous. I expect some differences but for the arrangement to be so flat out ugly with cheap carnations - will never order from here again!

Thanks I wanted to get something great for her birthday so this was a beautiful boquet Yes this was great my daughter got these that afternoon was excited because it was her favorite flowers and loved the colors. We did email back to ask for verification of delivery of which they did so immediately after delivery for I did not want to call as to ruin the suprise of birthday flowers being delivered we thank you for the prompt and quick service
