Very helpful staff. My I-pad shutdown after I hit purchase and wasn't sure if order was placed or not. Customer service was very helpful in finding out that information for me so I did not duplicate the order. Flowers arrived on time despite the recipient's hospital room changing after placing order. I was told the flowers were very nice but I didn't get to see for myself.
Flowers were wilted in bad condition. I wasted my money. I will not purchase flowers from this company anymore and I will not recommend them. Very disappointed
I had a corporate discount, but this ended up being cheaper- when I bailed out, the $7.50 offer to come back was actually $5 higher than my original order... Not a very enticing comeback offer... Make the corporate discounts enough so that we don't have to question doing a
"special offer"... Makes you feel taken advantage of...
Also, if I could attach pics to this I would show you the difference between what was ordered and what was received- I was dissatisfied with the lack of fullness in the bouquet and the latex balloon is already half dead...(it was JUST delivered today)

Big thank you for your fast service too.I also send a fruit basket and they call me to tell me they couldn't have it ready same day and if it was ok to delivery the next day...so they did and the basket is wonderful!
Customer service was horrible. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, the flowers were delivered 3 hours later the time frame I was given.
There was no tracking or delivery information until I called customer service to figure out what was going on, but overall, it got delivered on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
