I ordered same day delivery. Was called to be informed it couldn't happen and was told I would receive a refund of the same day cost. I didn't see the order as it was for a friend who lives far away. She was pleased! I was not happy that it took to the end of the day before they were delivered around 4 in the afternoon. I hope that if I use you again they will be delivered in a more timely manner.

I contacted customer service because the florist delivered an arrangment that was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered an arrangement with roses, daisies, carnations and a few other various flowers that were supposed to be orange and fall colors in an orange vase. I received a red and yellow arrangment of gerber daisies and alstromeria in a clear vase. When contacting customer service they said the florist will be out the next day to pick up the arrangement and drop off a new one. Tacky. This will be the last time I order form fromyouflowers.com. 2nd time ordering, 2nd time disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
