I am completely unhappy with my order! I ordered a balloon boquet for my husband for his birthday. I payed extra to have them delivered early in the day...they were not delivered until the afternoon only 2 hours before his shift at work ended at 4...the balloons also arrived with one of them deflating...by 7pm that night, one of the laytex and one of the Mylar balloons were on the ground...by midnight, all the balloons were on the ground...I called the customer service to tell them what happened and I was being helped by a nice woman but in the middle of our call my call dropped and when I called back to try to get the refund that the previous lady was working on. I had to wait on hold for 9 minutes before someone answered. They did issue me a refund which I appreciate, but I will be nervous to use this website again based on the experience I had.
The bouquet that my sister received was absolutely stunning and worth every cent! It was delivered promptly! She LOVE it, and might have even cried because it was just what she needed. Thank you!
Ordered roses for my wife to be delivered to her place of work. This had to be the same day delivery and was charged extra for this service. Just by chance I called about the address of delivery and was told a that time it would not be same day but tomorrow. Well she wouldn't be there tomorrow so I cancelled the order and was then emailed that I would receive a 50% refund. Took for ever to get this straightened out and not sure if this company knows how to do a refund we shall see. YOU WOULD BE A FOOL TO USE THIS COMPANY I'M NOT KIDDING

Easy to use website. Quick and easy order! The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that my order was delivered to the wrong address. It was supposed to be sent to 3475 Pinao Place but was accidentally sent to 3475 Pinao St. Luckily, my girlfriend got a call from the address and let her know that she received her flowers.

Overall it was great. It did come late in the day. I know someone has to be last, but it would be nice if they were delivered by 3:00. That way there's time to deal with anything that might come up with the delivery.
