Very nice, quick, and easy. Once you schedule a delivery time it's good to keep it. I called twice and finally the second time the customer service person apologized and said it would be late. He did reimburse my expedited shipping cost of $5, but my point is to make an appointment, then you must do so or contact the customer, which neither one occurred. First time customer and this wasn't good on customer service or promised delivery time. On the good side the flowers are very beautiful and I want to say thank you for your dedication to giving the best product at a fair price. I hope that you work on delivery schedules in the future, instead of the customer making calls, the company should have done this. Thank you for your time.

Basket was delivered without card so recipient had to call fromyouflowers.com to find out who sent them. Once she determined it was me, she called and said she was really impressed with the wonderful array of fruit and the freshness of everything. Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
