The arrangement looked very different from the picture. I chose one with bright sunflowers, and it arrived with mostly red roses and one sunflower. Also, the roses were curled and not fresh.:{

Very nice, quick, and easy. Once you schedule a delivery time it's good to keep it. I called twice and finally the second time the customer service person apologized and said it would be late. He did reimburse my expedited shipping cost of $5, but my point is to make an appointment, then you must do so or contact the customer, which neither one occurred. First time customer and this wasn't good on customer service or promised delivery time. On the good side the flowers are very beautiful and I want to say thank you for your dedication to giving the best product at a fair price. I hope that you work on delivery schedules in the future, instead of the customer making calls, the company should have done this. Thank you for your time.
