These flowers were sent to my mother who is in the hospital. She was very pleased with them. My sisters said they smelled wonderful. Although I did choose florists choice and bought the Deluxe package, to me it seemed they just added flowers that were left over from other arrangements. The colors didn't go well, but as long as my mother liked them, I'm fine with it. Next time I'll choose from an arrangement and not leave it up to the florist to pick.

I am very disappointed. This is twice now that I have used you and twice the order was late and not what we ordered! Customer service gave back the expedited fee but the $5 refund does not make up for the rest. I will not be using your services again and will spread the word on the service.

The price was good. I did not see the flowers as they where delivered to cousin so I hope they looked nice.
Wanted them delivered before noon and when I called to see if that happened it was around 1 and they had just been delivered. A little late but they got there.

I chose the deluxe and under the description it stated that the plant/flower should have been the size that was shown. Unfortunately when I received the plant it was much smaller, it was the size of the regular. Also the prices are deceiving and I realize this is a marketing tool, but for the price to jump over $20 just for handling and delivering seemed to be startling. I assumed I would pay at least $50, all I'm saying is that it would be nice to know ahead of time how much it is actually going to cost.
I have used your website before and have always been pleased. I will continue to use you in the future. I had a dispute over a discount price but when I questioned it they did contact me with an apology and honored the discount. I am very happy with those results. Very rare any more to get good customer service!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
