Trying to figure out the way the coupon codes work is impossible. The banner at the top looks like an advertisement, not an informational banner. That information should be displayed in the "Review Order" with an option to change the coupon code throughout the process. I spent over an hour trying to figure out if it was applied. Do me a favor and in the review order show where the money is being subtracted from the total. It may end up being the same number, but at least I know for sure when I can see the math being done. Very frustrating to be chasing smoke looking for an area to put in a coupon code in, when it's been applied already.
I paid for the expedited service, and it was to guarentee delivery within 4 hours. It came closer to 5, it wasn't much of an issue as I was figuring for traffic and the ability to find the building.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
