I had ordered flowers for my brother in law for a funeral and OMG this is the crap that was placed at the funeral NOTHING at all what I ordered NEVER NEVER BUY from this company. Company should be a shame of themselves for even sending such arrangements to a funeral!

My flowers did not look like what I expected since I opted to go for the upgraded option for more flowers. The bouquet looked more like the cheaper regular option. So I was disappointed AND the blue flowers that shown in the picture on the website were not really present in the actual bouquet received and only 2 roses in my upgraded option however there were more showing than that in the picture on the website. I'm pretty sure I didn't not get the upgrade I paid for.

I had given the wrong address and they called to ask for additional information. When I called back, I sat on hold for a very long time (over 10 minutes) and finally hung up and called back. This happened a couple of times before I finally called and got someone in 4 minutes. The flowers were pretty but, not as large as I anticipated them being based on pictures and price choices. However, the overall experience was good.
Delivery was quick, arrangement was beautiful.

Not happy that my order was supposed to be same day but it didn't get delivered until the following day. Paid for same day, should have gotten same day service.
Quick and easy. Were great to work with. Had to change the destination of the flowers twice as relative moved hospital rooms then went home earlier than expected. They got the flowers there. Awesome job! Would definitely order from them again.

I was a tad disappointed with the arrangement, the sunflowers were very small.
Love the same day delivery...reasonable prices...beautiful arrangements with many options to choose from (so many I had a difficult time deciding). The final proof with be in the happiness of my friend when she receives her flowers...and she loved them! Actually was able to see them for myself and they were beautiful.
