Should mention additional fees early on
The florist that delivered the bouquet did not deliver the box of chocolates that I ordered with the flowers. I was disappointed because there was a specific reason for ordering the chocolates with the flowers. However, customer service was very prompt in handling the problem and credited my account back. I don't feel dissatisfied with YOUR service only with the florist that was used. Thank you

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
