As always, it was a very smooth process. The only thing that would improve it would be seeing a photo of the actual bouquet that was sent on my behalf. When you send them to someone else, you never get to see them. I choose the florist designed option, so have no idea what the bouquet looked like. Hopefully, they are gorgeous!
I received an email for free shipping, and was able to pay with paypal. This definitely encouraged me to go ahead and place my order using your site!
Love the instant code but you should be able to add an additional code to use for shipping or other rebate...rather than being stuck with using only 1 code.

As this was being delivered to a college campus I wanted to ensure morning delivery so I paid the additional $4.99 for delivery prior to noontime. I called customers service at 12:30 and they confirmed that the delivery was delivered at 11:45 am. I received notification from the recipient at 2:30 pm that the arrangement had been received.

I spent over $50 on flowers that looked very skimpy in quantity and size. My aunt is who rev'd them and she sent me a picture. If I lived closer to my aunt, I'd have gone to the local grocery store and purchased a heck of a lot more flowers for $50 bucks. The greenery is overbearing and the roses look like they are not even an inch big. I like the ribbon, vase and balloon, but that shouldn't be all that I like.
I appreciate someone following up with me regarding this. I wish to be reimbursed for this arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
