I asked for expedited delivery. My daughter's flowers did not get delivered until the afternoon. Last year, I ordered from you for her birthday, and you sent a subpar set of flowers. This year, you got the the flowers right, but the delivery time wrong. Let's hope you get it all correct next year.
Excellent selection, good discount, easy to navigate site
The only thing I can say is I thought there would be blue and just the ribbon. But our daughter in law loved them and said they were perfect and that is what matters.

Not great value. Maybe I'm naïve but I expected to get what was in the picture. I assumed you farmed this out to local florists and they put it together and delivered it. Flowers in a box with a separate vase was not what I expected. I have no intentions of dealing with you again.

The flowers were sloppy, and I paid for deluxe, but had only 3 of the 5 pictures flowers and so much greenery... It was not a $65 (total) arrangement. Also, vendor delivered as Ruth's- no mention of you guys at all. Are they advertising for themselves or you?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
