My only regret is that the local florist did not have balloons expressing "Retirement"...would have personalized the bouquet for me

Love all of your flower options! However, the recipient of the flowers I sent, took a picture of them, and sent it to me. My only complaint, is that the actual bouquet could have looked a little more like the online picture!

Received flowers at a decent time, didn't opt for the earlier time due to the fact I was working. However when I unbound the flowers careful not to damage them, 5 of the lily's not bloomed yet were dead and 3 were broken or bent over on themselves. Very frustrating for the price to get only half of what you expected. Haven't called customer service yet today, but will definitely make it a point to, to describe my disatisfaction verbally.

Unfortunately, the plant I ordered did not show up on the same day as requested because the delivery person could not get hold of the intended recipient (she had her phone off because she was at the funeral and with family afterwards). However, when I called fromyouflowers.com's customer service number the following day, I was met with a very polite representative who apologized, called the florist to find out why the flowers were not delivered, explained the situation to me, and then offered to refund my $2.99 same day delivery charge, which I accepted. I couldn't have asked for anything else, all things considered.
I would definitely buy from them again.
