Easy and prices are great.

I did order Oreo Cookies for Halloween to Miami. I am not sure if they could have cold packs put on them as it is still very warm there- they received product and are very excited but the cookies were a little melted as it is 80 degrees there, the kids are still excited and look forward to the yummy treat.

I'd like to see the actual arrangement, or if there will be substitutes. Also no indication of balloon sizes or colors.

After receiving the flowers my daughter was impressed! She sent a picture and it was almost identical to what she received other than the vase was see thru. I am amazed!

Not happy that it didn't come until later in the afternoon. Roses weren't received until today because she had a client in the afternoon in San Francisco. Instead of being surprised by flowers, she got a picture taken by co workers sent to her. Not what I was hoping for at all. Ruined what I hoped for. After completing order night before, paying a $15 handling fee anytime between 9am-2pm and this failure would of been avoided. 3pm was 1/2 hour too late.

I'm not sure if the flowers come with the vase. Also, $15.00 shipping is extreme seeing you're only going a few miles. Proflowers does it cheaper and they ship across country. And isn't expediated Fee and same day fee the same thing?! You charged twice for the same thing!. So in the end, I paid an extra $24.00 to get them there the same day. Kinda funny since you're so close.

The picture and description indicated there would be sunflowers. I included a specific note asking for sunflowers, that was the most important part of the bouquet for us. There were none. There were very few actual flowers and none of them were of good quality/value, I was very disappointed in the quality of the flowers for the price that was paid. This was for my sister's 40th b-day and result is extremely disappointing.
