I paid for morning delivery

I paid for morning delivery. Flowers never showed up. I had to ruin the surprise for my wife and tell her to wait around for her flowers because she was getting off at noon. Had to have flowers re- routed to my home. I will never use from you flowers again. They have their heads in their backside! Never again!

I had selected a lower level floral arrangement but when I got to check out it was the larger, more expensive one. I had entered all my information already, taking my time to do so, and didn't want to start the process all over again. So it feels like the system forced a higher level sale than intended by the customer. At this point I don't want to be bothered with changes, and I'm accepting that I purchased the larger arrangement. I'm not sure I'd use this site again.

I was super excited to send my friend a beautiful arrangement but what she received looked nothing like the picture online. It was awful. I received a 10% discount and a $10 gift card but I am reluctant to order again because the florist was terrible. It would be my luck to get the same one again if I reorder. I am waiting to hear back if we will get a redelivery based on picture comparison I emailed in.

Paid extra for the '4hour delivery guarantee'. 4 hours passed and I called the customer service twice because I hadn't heard anything. Neither time could they give me a confirmation of delivery. All the florist had to do was call the driver and ask, but they didn't. The second time I called, the customer service guy acted very annoyed. All I wanted was an answer that I thought would've been easy to get, especially since I paid extra for the "guarantee". Not pleased.
