As I said after placing the order, I would use youflowers again if the arrangement delivered was of the same quality and makeup as the picture. Sadly, it was not. Flowers were drab and cheap looking. I was embarrassed to have sent them to my friend AND to have paid $43. Never again.
The arrangement that was delivered was not what was stated from my order. I ordered the premium selection and I don't believe that I received the upgrade. I am not happy with the florist that was used.

I already paid for same day service of $3 and then there is an additional $15 on top of that for handling? Too many fees... next time I am going to shop around for some place without all the fees...these were a gift for my mother in law and I am happy that she loved them, but all the fees need to go... I could understand one flat fee but fee for this, fee for that, fee for that, it's not called for..

The flowers were on time and looked as advertised in the online picture. My friend in the hospital sent me a picture and said the flowers were lovely. The cost was $58 and the $10 off helped.
I paid for morning delivery. Flowers never showed up. I had to ruin the surprise for my wife and tell her to wait around for her flowers because she was getting off at noon. Had to have flowers re- routed to my home. I will never use from you flowers again. They have their heads in their backside! Never again!

I had selected a lower level floral arrangement but when I got to check out it was the larger, more expensive one. I had entered all my information already, taking my time to do so, and didn't want to start the process all over again. So it feels like the system forced a higher level sale than intended by the customer. At this point I don't want to be bothered with changes, and I'm accepting that I purchased the larger arrangement. I'm not sure I'd use this site again.
I was super excited to send my friend a beautiful arrangement but what she received looked nothing like the picture online. It was awful. I received a 10% discount and a $10 gift card but I am reluctant to order again because the florist was terrible. It would be my luck to get the same one again if I reorder. I am waiting to hear back if we will get a redelivery based on picture comparison I emailed in.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
