The plant arrangement I ordered was not even in the same realm of my order. I returned the arrangement to the florist, and will NEVER use that florist again. Fromyouflowers.com customer services were challenging to deal with as they had to keep putting me on hold to speak with their superior several times. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was denied three times! This is a company I would not recommend anyone.
The flowers were a gift to another person in another state. She seemed very satisfied.

I had paid extra for the flowers to be delivered in the morning, and they were not. I called, and the person helping me found out the flowers were on the truck to be delivered and gave me a refund for their not being delivered in the morning (it was after noon). I was sent a picture of the flowers delivered and am quite disappointed. The bouquet is not nearly as full as the photo on the website. I purchased the premium bouquet. Also, there was quite a bit of greenery where there should have been flowers, according to the website photo. Some of the roses and lilies have yet to bloom, so I'm aware that the bouquet won't look quite as the photo, yet, but I was mostly upset about there not being the pretty little blue flowers all over, as the photo shows.

Ordering was very easy though the price was more than I thought it would be based on what it stated originally for 6 balloons, which was $27. In reality the price was $42. A rather large difference.

I visited the recipient today and saw the bouquet. I was mortified! They looked like a $6 supermarket bouquet of half dead, cheap filler flowers - NOT a bouquet worth $30. Very disappointed and embarrassed.

I upgraded my purchase to the "premium" bouquet and this consisted of no additional flowers than what was pictured/offered from the standard. I am extremely disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered to my wife for our anniversary. I will not order from this site in the future and would appreciate a refund of the difference from basic to premium bouquet. I am happy to provide pictures if needed.
The process was great. The product was not. Specifically the balloons, the latex balloons were hanging rather than floating and hanging balloons do not invoke a sense of happiness. Other than that, I was satisfied with the purchase, thank you.

Shopping was easy and good selection
I sent the flowers to my son's girlfriend because her "Pop-pop" died. She said they were beautiful and she was very happy. I paid extra to have them delivered "early" but I didn't hear from her until almost 1:00pm...which is fine; I just expected it to be earlier in the morning.
