This will be the last time I order from here. I paid extra for a banner with a few words on it and there's no banner or note. I paid premium so extra flowers can be added on it, the arrangements was poorly done with little flowers. Even the picture I had picked out had more flowers and for a cheaper price. It was an embarrassment to even say the funeral flower came from us that are thousands of miles away.
