When the person that I ordered the flowers for received the gift, the teddy bear was completely soaked with the water from the vase and because it was wrapped in plastic had a funny smell starting to form. Whose bright idea was that to fill a vase with water before delivery? Not smart. Use common sense.
The bear that she got wasn't what was pictured. It was a little rinky dink teddy bear that you could get from the dollar store for like 2 bucks. I'm not happy at all with my purchase. I won't be ordering from you guys again. You need to do better with the quality of service and your products.
