Easy to follow site
I was very hesitant to do this since I'm in KS and my daughter is in Oregon and I had no idea of how the service and quality would be. Plus I decided the night before Halloween to send flowers for her Halloween birthday as an added surprise and I didn't know if they'd be delivered on time with such short notice.
They arrived early in the afternoon so she had all day to enjoy them, they were beautiful and she LOVED them! She sent me a pic and I loved them also! VERY well done! The service and quality were outstanding - major kudos to the florist!

Delivery was speedy and customer service is awesome, but I THINK THE SERVICE AND HANDLING FEE IS A BIT EXCESSIVE...IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE GIVING A DISCOUNT BUT THEN YOU ADD THE $14.99. So I'm confused on where you actually gave me a discount...
I don't like that depending on the promo code used, the original price of the product varies I think that is pretty underhanded and just a way to ensure the same price is paid by all. Why not keep the price consistent and offer just one promo to avoid this? Otherwise the product itself is great. Sent the arrangement as a gift and recipients were very thrilled with quality and unique design.
