When ordering, I had an issue with having to reenter my information several times, but that was probably because I chose guest checkout instead of creating an account.

I paid for same-day delivery, but was notified by mother in the evening that she had not received anything. However, I received an e-mail that night that the flowers had been delivered. When I called customer service the next morning, the woman on the phone explained that delivery was only attempted, and would be attempted again within 30 minutes. After I kindly asked if I could be refunded the charge for same-day shipping, she first told me that was not possible. I explained that since I paid for the flowers to be there after my mom's surgery, and that she still didn't have them by 11 am the next day, I shouldn't have to pay the fee. She then agreed to refund the charge, but promptly hung up on me after I thanked her. I e-mailed customer service to confirm the status of my order, but did not hear back from them, in spite of the website's claim that they would respond within 1 hour.

Several hours later, the flowers had still not been delivered. I called again at 3 pm, and was told that the information I received earlier was incorrect. I was notified that the flowers were now out for delivery, again set to arrive within the next 30 minutes. The flowers did thankfully show up about 2 hours later. The arrangement was decent, but not close to matching what was shown in the picture online. I wouldn't even consider it a smaller version of what is shown online. However, my mom enjoyed the flowers, so I am at the very least grateful for that.

I am overall very disappointed with the service I received through this website. They exuded unprofessionalism on several occasions, and contacting the company involved excessive waiting, which only lead to me being misinformed on multiple occasions. I was also frustrated that no one initiated contact with me or the recipient about the issues that transpired with delivery. I do not plan to buy flowers from this website again in the future.

I was a first time customer, and I ordered flowers on the occasion of the birth of my first grandchild. I ordered your top or premier arrangement on November 2,2015. The cost of the final transaction was just under $90. They were delivered same day as ordered.

My problem was with the arrangement. It was sparse for a premier arrangement. It looked like several competitors basic arrangement available for $19.99. I visited my daughter-in-law and granddaughter today and I made a visual confirmation of the condition of the floral arrangement that my son had photographed yesterday. The flowers were sparse, lacked a vividness of color and were wilting. I am not satisfied with your product. It was delivered the same day as advertised, but the arrangement itself lacked the quality I expected. I am not satisfied.

I ordered gift from out of state, I paid for expedited delivery to ensure my wife received the flowers before noon. It was our anniversary and both she and I were on business trips, mine out of state, hers out of town. I knew that she would be leaving her workplace in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered to the location specified around 4pm AFTER my wife had left town. She received no flowers for our anniversary. I specifically chose fromyouflowers because of the delivery guarantee. So the delivery -blew it - and the product I cannot attest to - however when I contacted customer support THEY were awesome - apologies and pledges to make things right - same product delivered a day later - with apology card and order upgrade. So although VERY DISAPPOINTED with the local vendors delivery - VERY HAPPY with the corporate customer service. (P.S. "Rachel" is worth keeping with your company).
