Great! Only issue is I requested delivery of item at side door of house. Item was delivered to front door.
Order was placed in the morning, was delivered around 4:20 PM, which almost missed the intended recipient. I would think that since everything is completed online that the local florist that created then delivered the arrangement would have had it out much earlier.

Easy to order online and on-time delivery!
The flowers were supposed to be delivered the same day I ordered them and I paid extra for that. They weren't delivered til the next day. The website wasn't updated to show the order status at all. I called customer service on 2 separate occasions and they weren't able to reach the florist either time. The second time I contacted customer service I was assured I would get a call back, which I didn't.
This is my second order, you messed up my first order with bad flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
