Order was placed in the morning, was delivered around 4:20 PM, which almost missed the intended recipient. I would think that since everything is completed online that the local florist that created then delivered the arrangement would have had it out much earlier.

Only thing I worry about is florists ability to create the same artistic design... "Hail Mary"!
ONe "process improvement" for the website/ordering online...

I don't think I see the end price until I pay.
It is always a shock...
The shipping/handling and taxes add up fast... $20.00+ usually.

Just a thought...
I like the sites that let you see the price BEFORE you add all the billing info.
Or at least at the very end.
And have a confirm button...
I got shocked again when I saw this order add up to $72+.

She is sending me a picture.
I hope Morro Bay florist came through for me.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered the same day I ordered them and I paid extra for that. They weren't delivered til the next day. The website wasn't updated to show the order status at all. I called customer service on 2 separate occasions and they weren't able to reach the florist either time. The second time I contacted customer service I was assured I would get a call back, which I didn't.
