Initially the flowers were delivered NOT on the day when I requested. However, FromMyFlowers responded right away and delivered gratis a new set of flowers on time and on target.
I like it when the company accepts responsibility and corrects the errors.

Repeat customer because I can trust the product and delivery. I am not sure why I get this survey to asked if I received the delivery. This order was a gift for someone else. I don't know what it looked like. I don't know what time it delivered. I have no idea if it is what I actually ordered. So why do I get this when I can't answer most of the questions? I know it arrived because of a text from the recipient. The survey needs other questions if we are the one who placed the order vs the one receiving the order.

It stinks that I have a $12.19 credit, but it's not worth it because I can just look online elsewhere and find a free delivery promo code and that is worth more $. I'd love to be able to use both, I would use this site more, for sure

Would have been nice to see service/handling fee ahead of time and been able to remove balloon after I saw it. I had to re-enter all my info to go back and remove the balloon to keep at $50 mark agreed upon with person I'm going in on flowers with.
