1. I needed to contact customer service due to the flowers not arriving within the timeframe I paid extra for, the rep was extremely helpful and courteous and gave a larger arrangement in addition to the refund of the extra delivery charges paid for timeframe.
2. The receiver is very happy with the flowers.
Cons -
1. I paid extra for same day and within 4 hour delivery. Order confirmation was received, but flowers did not arrive by the end of the business day.
2. Choose an arrangement because of to the flowers specified in the description and that color combo being meaningful. The arrangement did not look like the online photo having fewer of one of the two flowers. I had different expectations based on the picture and reading other reviews as well as increase in the size promised. It looks like the increase was achieved by the stems not being cut and arranged as tightly not that additional flowers were used.
Again, the receiver is happy so I'm happy about that.
