The basket advertised on the website had different types of candies which is why I purposely picked that one. The recepient the said it was all all chocolate candy which he can't eat. Overall, the rest of the experience was good.
They couldn't deliver it the same day so the refunded the $2.99 for same day delivery and said that they upgraded the package but I don't know what the upgrade consisted of.

As seems to be the norm with ordering flowers online, our order did not "match" what was displayed on the screen. There were extra flower types (sunflowers and roses) thrown in that were not what we expected (the order was for 3 different colored Alstromeria and that's it). Furthermore, the flowers came in a pumpkin bowl/vase. While I liked the vase, it seemed more appropriate for a fall or autumn arrangement, not a birthday bouquet that we had ordered and indicated by the card, etc. Other than that, we were mostly pleased with the order.
Service was very good. I did, however, feel that the cost was high compared to local florists.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
