I paid for morning deliver and they arrived at 5:30 pm. I am told my expedite fee is to be refunded. It was not quite what I ordered. I'm sure they used what they had and did their best, and the recipient was none the wiser, but I ordered the vase in the photo because she collects that type. She got a different vase than pictured that I know she will most likely not keep. The flowers themselves were pretty.
