I like the different items you had avail for same day delivery. Especially something that combined savory & sweet with a floral. The pictured item was much nicer than what was delivered. If possible, can you show a similar picture to what is being ordered much like the 800-Flowers site that changes the picture when you click on options. It gives the buyer a better idea of what they are sending and spending money on.
The flowers that were delivered to the recipient looked almost nothing like the picture on the website. The bouquet was pretty but not as pretty as what I ordered and paid for. The dish was not at all what was pictured and it was another reason why I selected the arrangement that I did. The reason I gave 3 stars was only because the arrangement was still nice but I was truly disappointed with what I paid for.

I was surprised by the $14.99 service/handling fee - would be nice to have known about that at the start of ordering process. Also, I paid $4.99 to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon - they barely arrived at 12:00. I would never pay for early delivery time again. On the positive side, my 97-year old Godmother was very pleased with her birthday flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
