I ordered a rose and lily celebration and received a floral dud. The vendor put together an arrangement that was smaller and less attractive than the advertised picture. Very poor quality.

$50.00 for 6 balloons? I wish I had just bought a gift card. I was blindsided by that 14.99 service fee at the end of my purchase. So misleading and deceptive. Never again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
