Ordering was very easy. I was nervous about delivery because I was sending to a rural area. The order was delivered at a perfect time, within the quoted time frame. The order that was described to me by the recipient was what I had ordered. The recipient was delighted, which made me very satisfied.

For it being a premium arrangement it was small. I felt that it could have been somewhat larger!
Started out great. Ordering the flowers and chocolates was a piece of cake. Paid an extra $5 dollars for the morning delivery/expedite fee... That's where the great service ended. The flowers were not delivered on time (they were delivered in the afternoon at 4PM) and it ended up ruining the surprise for the person they were being delivered too. They were finally delivered however, and the flowers do look nice. I tried emailing the website several times and despite your website claiming it would respond in less than an hour, I never received any messages 2-3 hours later. Not a horrible experience but not a great one. I would like a refund for the 5 dollar expedite fee if that is possible.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
