I was a little irritated that I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered to my niece for her birthday, before 12 pm, and she didn't get them until 2:30 pm. Would like a refund for that. Other than that, it was great! She loved her flowers!

Handling charge was not mentioned until the very end is extremely expensive. Flower arrangement was much smaller than expected for deluxe bunch.
