Update on the flowers after it was delivered. The bouquet arrived a day early, and looks almost as shown on the website. Would have given 5 stars if it arrived on the date requested, but better early than late.
Totally not the flower arrangement that I ordered. But because I got flowers they couldn't do anything for me. Very disappointed it was for my mothers 50th anniversary. Very very disappointed... What I ordered I thought was special therefore why I ordered online and not a local store. Will never do that again

The flowers were received at a great time, however the bouquet was a lot smaller than what I originally ordered. In fact I payed extra to get a bigger bouquet. Very disappointed in the size.

It was my Mothers 95 Birthday. I ordered the flowers 2-3 days in advance. Flowers not delivered until 5:50 pm just as she was going to bed. She waited all day and when it got dark she lost interest in waiting for the flowers. And when it was delivered, she still required someone to take it out of the box and put it together. I would not recommend this type of service for a senior citizen. Unless you can deliver it before 2 pm, I would not recommend this type of service. A bad experience and not what I expected. Need a better way to deliver flowers on time. Sure it got delivered on the date requested, but at 5:50 PM. If you want flowers delivered on time, call the local florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
