Your site was very easy to maneuver. And im not very computer savy! The flowers were sent to my daughter in the hospital. The picture she sent me of them was amazingly Beautiful.
My recipients did not receive what I ordered for their new baby girl. They didn't get pink flowers or a baby girl balloon. But I called and my recipients received a new order with pink flowers and balloon. So it turned out ok but I was frustrated.
First time using---will use it again

Shopping was easy. My plant was not delivered to the funeral home. I called From You Flowers and they did get this resolved with the local florist, but the plant finally arrived 45 minutes before the funeral and delivery date was requested for the day before. No problems with this company, but the local florist will be on my black list to not ever use.

They were unable to deliver the flowers on the requested date, but they were very nice to contact me and assure they got delivered the following day. They made the extra effort to contact me by phone and then by email, which I appreciated. I do wish the final product had looked a more like the arrangement in the picture.( the arrangement I ordered was red roses with purple accent flowers, but the delivered product also contained pink accent flowers which did not blend as nicely with the purple and red hues).
So Far So Good. I wish the Service Fee Was Mentioned Earlier, otherwise A+

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
