I ordered the flowers in the wee morning hours (between midnight and 2am). My mother received the flowers within hours of the local shop you sent the order to opened. By a huge coincidence, the shop happens to be the same flower shop that my sister works at (I had no idea what shop she worked at.) My mother LOVED the flowers!

Think they should offer top quality chocolate (godiva) on all orders. Flowers were great but arrived a day late, no one contacted me so I asked about flowers that weren't there. Customer Service couldn't care just that they'd remove same day service charge, Should have gone elsewhere
