I'm so impressed with the same day delivery option!
The customer service person who called me on the day of delivery was extremely pleasant and friendly! They ask if it's okay to leave the flowers on the doorstep if no one is home and give you an update on how the bouquet turned out. Awesome!
I loved everything about it except the hidden 14.99 handling charge at the end. Just tell me upfront.

Very dissatisfied with the end product. I ordered the Best Wishes Bouquet and it is full of yellow daisies in the photo. My friend sent me a photo of what she received and there isn't a single yellow daisy in it and they are her favorite, hence why I chose that one. I contacted customer service and they gave me a reply about this happening when they aren't in season and gave me a $10 credit toward a future order. This is of no use considering I will not use them for a future order... I feel if it is pictured, you should get that, otherwise it should be taken off the site. Truthfully, it looks NOTHING like what is pictured on their site. Just a terrible arrangement. I could have done better.
First of all I would like to apologize for my review. I gave a 3 star rating and it should have been a 4 1/2 stars. My mother sent me a picture of the arrangement and I noted that the vase was changed, Not knowing my mom changed it. Also I had complained about the color of the flowers but found out it was the lighting. The only complaint is the number of roses. The online ordering was a little confusing but customer service was a great help. My mother said the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Thanks for making things so easy-had a difficult time accessing my account though so purchased as guest twice this morning. There was no where for me to put in forgot password. Please advise as I would like to keep a record of my orders for future reference.
Flowers were reported as beautiful! They were a great price. The shipping and handling is killer! Almost as much as the discounted flowers!

Placed an order for a Friday but decided I wanted it delivered on Thursday. I emailed customer service with this request and they told me the change was made. Well, the change wasn't made. The flowers came very late on Friday when my wife had already left work (the reason I switched to Thursday delivery). So the flowers have been sitting on my wife's desk since late Friday and she'll get them on Monday...hopefully they still look nice.
I had ordered the DELUXE Fall Flowers All Over arrangement for a friend of mine out of state. From the picture, description and price I had paid, I had expected her to get something plentiful and beautiful. But when I received a picture from her of what she got, it was anything but plentiful or beautiful. There was more greenery than flowers in it. I've seen better arrangements in my local grocery store! I'd love to post a picture on here of it, but unfortunately my computer won't let me. The flowers were delivered fast, put it was the most pathetic, half assed arrangement I've ever seen. Exremely disappointed and will no longer be using this service.

I paid extra for expedited delivery by 12 noon and the flowers were delivered at 12:15.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
