Didn't get the delivery date that I wanted! Which spoiled my plans that I had arranged! Because of the early delivery my surprise was ruined
It was easy to use the Website but the flowers that I chose did not look like the flowers that were delivered to my mother. I was very disappointed with the flowers and the size of the arrangement! It looked cheap and not very attractive.

It went very smoothly, great prices on the flowers. However, the flowers that were on sale weren't able to be delivered on the date I needed which was disappointing. Other than that, this site is GREAT!

Everything was great. Prompt delivery, great value. My only criticism was that the flowers were quite different than what I ordered. They were still lovely, but I had ordered a particular color palette for a person--purples and lavenders according to the website, but the flowers were a red and yellow palette. So, having something delivered more in line with the website pic might be better. Still, having said that, it was a same-day delivery, so it's possible the local florist was limited in their selection.
I'll never use FTD again, I can tell you that! Thanks for a great job.
