The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered. I ordered daisies in a pitcher container. The flowers that my daughter received looked NOTHING like what I ordered, and the vase was a plain vase and not a pitcher. I am extremely disappointed!

When I clicked on the bouquet I wanted it said it was, 29.99. Then I got a 20% off coupon, so I thought I would get a nice deal. At the end of the order it said my bouquet was, 39.99 and I saved ten dollars with the coupon which brought it down to 29.99. This makes no sense, since that was the original price. Maybe you shouldn't scam people.

Simple easy
I have mixed feelings about the order I made. I ordered 2 presentations at the same time, for delivery at the same time, one for my daughter and one for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. My order I place earlier in the week from another florist had been "misplaced" and I was scrambling to have an order delivered same day, so I thought I would give fromyouflowers a try. They have an option for guaranteed delivery within 4 hours. I ordered the Premium selection for my wife's presentation because "Premium orders contain even more blooms and are designed with greater selectivity in floral variety." This was definitely not the case in my order for the You're In My Heart selection in my situation. The Regular order was $39.99, the Deluxe was $49.99, and the Premium was $59.99. I chose the Premium and the price was $69.99 for some reason. I did get the Google discount of $14 but was charged $20.00 for balloons and a 4 piece chocolate gift, a $14.99 service fee, a $4.99 expedited fee, and a $2.99 same day fee. All of which would have been fine except the presentation came with a total of 6... yes... 6... roses and 6 red carnations. 12 small flowers in total. Not the impression I had hoped to make.
On a brighter note, the Sugar and Sweet presentation I purchased for my daughter that was delivered just before the one for my wife, even with all the fees, was stunning.
I was unable to find same delivery from any other site on items that are not flowers. I was very happy with the variety of non flower same day options as my delivery is for a male.

Found the site searching for next day delivery on roses in my area and saw you ad at the top. Easy to find what I wanted. Hoping the flowers are as good as the experience I have had so far.
The colors used weren't as vibrant as pictured but it was still a nice arrangement.
I will never use your company again. This is the second time I have received a sub par order and I should have known after the first time that it would be the same the second. The arrangements weren't even shaped, the flowers had wilted edges and look nothing like the pictures. I could have done better at the grocery store and paid half the amount. Customer service offered me a gift card for more flowers and that was just unacceptable.
Same day shipping a bit steep...
